About the Campaign: Youth violence is increasing in Toronto, yet many young people remain silent as they often see asking for help as a weakness. They need to realize that speaking up is the first step toward a brighter and stronger future. By reframing help-seeking as a sign of strength and presenting neighbourhood police as a trusted source of support, we can reduce negative outcomes and empower youth to confidently reach out to the Neighbourhood Community Officer program.
